These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sollingual website and services. Sollingual is a product operated by NorfBay LLC ("Sollingual," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Sollingual provides bilingual call-answering and lead-handling services that combine technology with trained people. We answer, handle, route, and document calls and messages for your business according to the configuration you approve.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for your business to use our services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are recurring, and setup fees are one-time. Taxes may apply.
We work to keep the services reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
The website, software, and content are owned by NorfBay LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services under these Terms.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorfBay LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorfBay LLC from claims arising out of your use of the services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims relating to consents for calls or messages directed to your customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
